Design that
delivers results.
I'm Anisa, a UI/UX designer based in Kosovo. I work from research through to shipped screens — turning empathy maps and journey maps into interfaces people don't have to think about.

Designing experiences
that solve real problems.
I turn research into interfaces that make sense the first time someone sees them. My process starts before Figma — with competitor research, empathy maps, and journey maps that show me exactly where a user gets stuck.
I care about the small stuff: spacing, hierarchy, the difference – between a button that looks clickable and one that actually invites the click. That attention is what turns a screen from "looks nice" into "works."
I'm based in Prishtina, Kosovo, and open to UI/UX roles where I can work across the full process — research through to shipped screens.
01
What's your design process?
I start with research — competitor analysis, empathy maps, and journey maps — before I open Figma. That research is what drives the actual design decisions, not the other way around.
02
What tools do you work in?
Figma for design and prototyping, FigJam-style tools for research maps. I hand off to developers with organized, dev-ready files.
03
What makes your design process unique?
My process combines research-driven decisions with careful UI execution. I focus on understanding the problem first, then using that insight to create interfaces that are clear, useful, and visually considered.
04
Do you have real client experience?
Yes — at solution25, I worked on live e-commerce and SaaS projects, from design systems to landing pages.
